RESTAURANT MANAGER

No35’s Restaurant Manager is Canadian born Owen Gibbons, who has been the Assistant Restaurant Manager at No35 since it opened in June 2009.
 
Focused on propelling No35 to even greater heights, Owen will utilise his 11 years in the hospitality industry in Canada and the UK where he has worked as Bar Manager at the Diageo Geo Bar London, General Manager of The Queensbury Gastro Pub London and Assistant Manager at The Establishment Bar and Dining London.
 
Working closely with Restaurant Chef, Stuart McVeigh and Sommelier, Kjell Ove Almeland, Owen is focused on ensuring guests' No35 experience will be as exceptional as the restaurant’s views.
